Yes. The Free plan covers up to 300 items, and everyone who signs up by August 31, 2026 gets the Beta plan with 500 items permanently, also free. A Pro plan with unlimited items is coming; its price is not set yet.
You can post listings directly to eBay (US, Canada, UK, Australia, Germany and France). You can track listings and sales on more than 25 marketplaces, including Poshmark US and Canada, Mercari, Depop, Vinted, Facebook Marketplace, Grailed, Etsy, Whatnot and TikTok Shop.
Not yet. Automatic Poshmark listing is in development. Today you can keep your Poshmark listings, sales and profit in Reseller's Vault and copy your title and description into Poshmark with one click.
Yes. Save your spreadsheet as a CSV file and use Add Items → CSV Import. You map your columns to the app's fields, preview the data and import; only a Name column is required.
Profit = sold price + what the buyer paid for shipping − taxes the platform collected − fees − what you paid for shipping − what you paid for the item, including purchase tax.
Every item in your inventory, whatever its status. Deleting an item frees its place. If you reach the limit you don't lose anything; you just can't add new items until you're under it.
Yes. Enter the last day you can return an item, and the dashboard shows the return deadlines in the next 7 days. Inventory filters find items you can still return and items whose return window has passed.
Yes. The Expenses page records one-off costs with receipts, sales tax and currency, and Recurring expenses adds repeating costs such as subscriptions automatically.
Yes. AI drafts a listing title and description from the item's photos and suggests details such as brand and size. You get 10 generations a day on the Free and Beta plans.
Yes. Reseller's Vault runs in the browser on your phone, tablet or computer — there's nothing to install.
Yes. AI apps that support MCP custom connectors can connect with the address shown in Settings → Connected apps. They can read your vault on every plan; making changes needs Pro, or is free in your account's first 30 days.
Yes. Your inventory, sales and expenses are visible only to you. AI apps and eBay only get access you approve, and you can disconnect them at any time.
