Reseller's Vault emails you when an item sells and its other listings are deleted: what sold, where, for how much, and what became of each listing.
When an item sells and Reseller's Vault deletes its other listings, or asks you about them, it emails you once that is done. The email says what sold (the item's main photo and name, linked to it, and its SKU), where (with a link to the listing that sold), on which day and for how much, and how the sale was found: by the eBay sale detector, by Poshmark Sold elsewhere, or marked sold by you or by Claude.
Then, for each of the item's other listings (on Poshmark, and on eBay, where the app ends them itself): deleted or ended, already gone, kept, waiting for you (with why, such as a SKU that differs from the item's or Poshmark refusing to delete it) or cancelled, and how the delete was asked for: automatically by your Settings → After a sale choice, by you in the app, or suggested by Claude and confirmed by you. When something waits for you, the email links to Listings to delete.
The email waits until every listing is dealt with; one waiting for your OK counts as dealt with. If the extension still hasn't deleted a listing 12 hours after it was due (Chrome closed at home, say), the email goes anyway and says what is still waiting. Sales that are done at about the same time come in one email, and you get at most one sale email every 15 minutes.
No email comes for a sale whose other listings are left up (Leave them up in Settings → After a sale), for a sale cancelled before the email went, when you undo the deletes, or for a Delist. Deleting listings after a sale is part of Plus and Pro and the free trial, so the sale email is too.
Sale emails are on until you turn them off in Settings → Email notifications (Sales: Email me), where Send a test email checks they reach you (3 an hour at most). Each email also has an Unsubscribe link at the bottom, and your mail app's own unsubscribe button works too: one click turns sale emails off, and Settings turns them back on. The choice is yours alone: someone who shares your vault chooses their own.
Emails go to the address you sign in with, from notifications@resellers-vault.com; replying to one reaches Reseller's Vault support. If an email can't be delivered to your address, or one is marked as spam, no more are sent to it: Settings → Email notifications says so, with Resume emails to start them again.
