When an item sells, marked by you or found on Poshmark or eBay, the extension deletes its Poshmark listings once the SKU matches, or asks you first.
What happens is your choice in Settings → After a sale → When you mark an item sold. With Ask me (the default), marking an item Sold asks whether to delete its Poshmark US and Canada listings. Each listing shows its own Poshmark cover photo and title, so you can see it's the right one. You can delete them now or later (in 2 hours or tomorrow), or keep them. With Delete them, the listings whose SKU matches the item's are queued for deleting in two minutes, and the prompt says so, with Undo to cancel them meanwhile. With Leave them up, nothing is offered.
The deleting is done by the Reseller's Vault extension in Chrome on your computer, so a sale you mark on your phone is deleted once Chrome is open at home. The prompt says whether the extension has checked in recently.
A sale Reseller's Vault finds on its own — on Poshmark (Sold elsewhere) or on eBay — follows Settings → After a sale → When the app finds a sale, for the item's listings on the other platforms: Delete them (the default), Ask me (each one waits for your delete or keep), or Leave them up.
With Delete them, a delay and a table decide. Once the delay is over (120 minutes after the sale by default) and the sale is checked again, so a cancelled one deletes nothing, a listing goes on its own when the table says Delete for how it is tied to the sale — by default, when the sold listing and the other listing have the same SKU — and otherwise waits for your OK. The same delay and table apply to Poshmark's Sold elsewhere and to eBay sales; the rows about the title and the saved link's listing are about finding the twin in your other Poshmark closet.
After an eBay sale, the item's Poshmark listings go through Listings to delete, marked Sold on eBay, with the same SKU check; one waiting for your OK is there too. After a Poshmark sale, the twin on the other Poshmark market waits in Settings → Activity log and the extension popup.
Only Poshmark listings are deleted, however they were listed, as long as the item has their link. An item's eBay listing isn't ended for it after a sale elsewhere: end it in Seller Hub, or with End Listing on the item for one posted from Reseller's Vault (a listing made in Seller Hub or another app can't be ended from here). An item that sells on eBay needs nothing: eBay ends that listing itself.
To take an item off Poshmark without selling it (say, it goes back to the thrift store), click Delist on its Poshmark US or Canada listing in the item's Publications tab. The listing needs its link. The extension deletes it on Poshmark with the same SKU check, and the listing in Reseller's Vault is ended. The item keeps its status, and the delist is recorded in the item's change history.
While it waits, the listing shows Delisting… (or Delist needs you), linked to Listings to delete. If the listing sold on Poshmark before the extension got to it, it isn't ended as a delist: the sale ends it. If you relist the item later, the new listing is added next to the ended one.
Before deleting, the extension reads the live listing on Poshmark and deletes it only when the listing's SKU matches the item's SKU. A listing with no SKU, or with a different one, isn't deleted: it waits for you to decide.
While listings are waiting, "Listings to delete" shows in the sidebar, with a red circle counting the ones that need you. There you can cancel a deletion, delete a listing whose SKU didn't match (without the check), or keep it. A listing Poshmark wouldn't delete, or one you marked Not For Sale on Poshmark, waits for you too: retry it or keep it. Finished ones (deleted, delisted, kept or cancelled) stay at the bottom of that page for 7 days. A listing relisted, or given another link, before it was deleted is left as it is here.
Settings → Activity log → Deleted listings lists every listing deleted in the last 30 days, whatever the reason: after a sale you or Claude marked, an eBay sale, a Poshmark sale's twin (Sold elsewhere), a Delist, the old listing a relist replaced, or an eBay listing you ended. Each line has the item's name (linked to it), the platform, why it was deleted and when, and a link to the listing; one that was already gone when the extension went to delete it says so.
It is part of the Plus and Pro plans and the free trial (not Free or Beta). When Claude or another AI app marks an item sold, its listings follow When you mark an item sold: Claude never deletes listings itself. It suggests them under Listings to delete for you to confirm, or, when the setting says Delete them, queues them for the extension.
Choose Leave them up for When you mark an item sold (Settings → After a sale) and marking an item Sold no longer asks about its listings, and Claude suggests none. Choose it for When the app finds a sale and the sales the app finds delete or ask about none. Listings already waiting stay on Listings to delete.
