Free — up to 300 items, with inventory tracking, analytics, work lists, publication tracking, expense tracking, CSV import and direct listing to eBay.

Beta — up to 500 items and everything in Free. Everyone who signs up by August 31, 2026 gets the Beta plan permanently.

Pro — unlimited items and priority support. Pro is coming soon; pricing is not set yet.

What counts as an itemEvery item in your inventory counts towards your limit, whatever its status — including the Deleted status. Deleting an item (Inventory → Actions → Delete) removes it and frees its place. Your current usage and limit are shown in the user menu (your name, top right).When you reach your limitYou never lose data. You just can't add new items until you are under the limit again — for example by deleting items you no longer need.AI limitsAI listing generation is limited per day: 10 generations a day on the Free and Beta plans, more on Pro. The count resets at midnight UTC, and the Listing tab shows how many you have left. Custom instructions for the AI are a Pro feature.Connected AI appsAI apps such as Claude can read your vault on every plan. Letting an app add or change items needs the Pro plan — except in your account's first 30 days, when it works on every plan.Related topics
