Read every active listing on your eBay account into the vault, wherever you listed it, match it to your items and create or update them after you review.
Every active listing on your eBay account is read, whether you listed it from Reseller's Vault, in Seller Hub or with another app. Sold out and ended listings are left out. Each listing brings its title, its description, its brand, size and colours from its item specifics, its Custom label as the SKU, its condition, its price in its own currency and every photo. Its eBay category isn't taken: your items keep your own categories. A listing with variations (several sizes or colours) comes in as one item with a warning, and an auction takes its Buy It Now price, else its starting price.
Each listing is matched to your items as the Poshmark sync matches: an item whose eBay link is the listing's is sure (100%), then the same SKU (95%), then the title with the brand and size (92%); anything less waits for your choice. An eBay listing of an item also listed on Poshmark joins that item's row when their SKUs are the same. Nothing changes until you apply a row: a new item is created (named after the listing, purchase place Imported from eBay, with its eBay listing and price) or the matched item gets the listing's link and price, and the fields you tick.
Photos come as for the Poshmark sync: a new item, or one without photos, gets all of its eBay listing's photos, downloaded in the background. New items count toward your plan's item limit. The eBay sync is on every plan.
Sync again whenever you like: a listing already applied comes back only when its price changed, and a row waiting for review whose eBay listing sold or ended since is taken out. One sync runs at a time. With the listing's link on the item, eBay sales of it are found and marked too (see Listing items on eBay).
