In beta: the browser extension syncs your Poshmark US or Canada closet to the vault: you review each listing, then items are updated or created.
Poshmark sync brings your Poshmark listings into the vault: new ones are created and matching items updated, after you review them. It is included in every plan, Free too. To bring in a spreadsheet instead, use CSV Import.
Poshmark sync is in beta testing: it works today, and we're still refining it — tell us if something doesn't work as you expect: email support@resellers-vault.com, or use Contact Support in the user menu.
Listings that are still up: for sale, not for sale and reserved. Sold listings and drafts are not synced.
Poshmark has no purchase date, price or tax, so those are not synced. A new item's purchase place is Imported from Poshmark CA or Imported from Poshmark US, and its cost is 0 until you enter it.
Nothing changes in your vault until you apply. Each listing becomes one row, and the same item listed on both Poshmark CA and US is one row with both listings.
A row carries a warning where something needs checking:
Apply N sure rows applies the sure matches and the new items. Rows that Need your choice wait until you decide. A row whose item changed since you reviewed it goes back to review. To apply only some rows, tick them and choose Apply N selected. Dismiss sync clears the review, Nothing to do rows included, after asking you first; nothing in your vault changes, and a later sync offers the rows again.
While Apply or Rerun matching runs, a progress window covers the screen until it is done. Apply applies the rows a few at a time, counts them and says about how long is left. You can close or reload the tab meanwhile (the browser asks first): Apply stops after the rows in progress, and the rest stay in the review. When the database is too busy to apply a few rows, none of them is applied: Apply stops there, says how many rows were applied, and you apply again for the rest.
Each row also has its own Apply and Discard: Apply applies just that row and says what came of it, and Discard leaves that listing out of the sync (a later sync offers it again). Rerun matching matches the sync again against your items as they are now, for example after you delete or add items, keeping your decisions unless their item is gone; rows with nothing to do are checked again too, for example when their item was deleted.
New items count towards your plan's item limit: Apply creates them up to it and the rest stay in the review. See Plans, item limits and AI credits.
A new item gets all of its Poshmark listing's photos, on every plan: the cover photo first, as the item's main photo, then the others in Poshmark's order. An item you update gets them too when it has no photos, or only the cover photo an earlier sync brought in (the rest come after it). An item with a photo of your own is never changed. An item's photos come from one Poshmark market only, since its CA and US listings have the same photos as different files: the market you choose in Settings → Poshmark, Bring photos from (your main market: Poshmark CA when your default currency is CAD, else Poshmark US, until you choose), or the other market when the item isn't listed there. An item that already has photos from one market keeps getting them from it, and changing the setting never removes photos. Synced photos follow the same rules as uploads. They download in the background after Apply, keep going if you close the page, and are tried again if a download fails; the item's Photos tab fills in as they arrive, each in its place. A photo already on the item is not added twice, and a photo you delete is not brought back by a later sync. For items synced before all photos were brought in, choose Bring in the rest of the photos on the Poshmark sync page. It also tries again the photos that could not be downloaded.
Settings → Activity log has a Closet sync log with each run.
