Sold price — what the item sold for.

Buyer shipping — what the buyer paid for shipping. Enter 0 if shipping was included in the sold price.

Taxes collected — sales taxes (GST, PST, HST, VAT) the platform collected for the government. They are not your income.

Fees — platform commission, transaction and listing fees, ad spend: anything deducted from your payout.

Actual shipping — what you paid to ship the item.

Purchase cost — what you paid for the item, including the tax you paid when you bought it.

Several fees or shipping costsFees, taxes and shipping can each have more than one line — for example a commission and a promoted-listing fee. Use + Add row; the lines are added up for you.Where profit shows upEach item's profit appears on its Details tab. The dashboard, the inventory totals, batches and the Statistics and Last 30 Days pages add up the profit of your sold items.
