The fields Reseller's Vault keeps for each item: brand, size, SKU, storage, purchase place and price, tax, return date, condition flags, dimensions, selling and shipping.
Click an item to open it. The window has tabs: Details, Listing, Publications, Lists and Photos. Publications, Lists and Photos become available once the item has been saved. If you try to close with unsaved changes, you are asked whether to discard them.
Name, category and subcategory (pick one you've used or type a new one), status, size, country of manufacture, brand, SKU and storage location.
Both can be used as filters in the inventory list and are shown on the Listing tab.
Purchase date, purchase place, the date the store's return window ends (Returns Till), batch ID, price and tax. Choosing the country and province or state fills in the tax rate for you; the location itself is not saved with the item. Price with Tax is calculated for you.
Sold date, sold price, the platform it sold on and the payment method, plus the money side of the sale: what the buyer paid for shipping, what shipping actually cost you, taxes the platform collected and fees. The profit for the item is calculated as you type. See How profit is calculated.
Record the shipping provider, the tracking number and whether the item has shipped. Dimensions and weight can be entered in metric (cm, g) or imperial (in, oz); the other system is converted automatically, with an estimated packaging preview.
Any notes you want to keep about the item.
If an item is saved somewhere else (another tab, another device or a connected app) while you have it open, your save is stopped instead of overwriting the other change. Close and reopen the item to get the latest version.
