Go to Work Lists and choose + New List. Give it a name and, if you like, a description.

In Inventory, select items and choose Actions → Add to Work List — or add every item in the current filtered view at once. Items already in the list are skipped.

You can also add an item to a list from the item's Lists tab, which shows every list the item is in.

Working through a listOpen a list to see its items with their category, brand, status and storage. Search inside the list, show all, unprocessed or processed items, and mark items processed (or unmark them). Lists can be reordered by dragging, edited or deleted.Automatic pending-shipment listIn Settings → General you can choose a Pending Shipment List: every item you mark as Sold is added to it automatically, so you have one list of everything that needs to go out. When an item is marked as sold, you're also asked whether to remove it from the other lists it is in.Related topics
