How to add inventory in Reseller's Vault: Quick Add for several different items, Bulk Purchase for lots bought at one price, and duplicating an existing item.
Add Items → Quick Add lets you enter several different items in one go, one row per item: name, category, subcategory, size, status, purchase date, purchase place, price, the tax of the place you bought it (choose country and province or state, or type the tax %) and the date the store's return window ends. Use Add one more item for another row, and the bin icon to remove one.
Use Add Items → Bulk Purchase when you buy many items at the same price — a bag sale, a bulk lot, a pallet. Enter the purchase date and place, the price per item, the tax, the number of items, a default status and the return-by date. Preview Items shows every item with its total before anything is created, and all of them get the same batch ID so you can see how the lot performs.
To add an item like one you already have, open the existing item and choose More actions → Duplicate item. The copy keeps the item's other details but clears the name and the sales fields and sets the status to Pending, so you only fill in what is different.
The Add Items page lists your five most recent purchases, so you can open one to finish its details.
