Each item's Publications tab is its listing history: one row per listing, with the platform, the date, the listing URL and a comment. Add a row whenever you list or relist an item, edit a cell by clicking it, and drag rows to reorder them.
Quick Publish shows a small calendar for each of your main platforms: click a date to record a listing in one click. Manage chooses which platforms appear there.

Listing dates per platform can be shown as columns in the inventory list. The Overview page counts today's publishing and listings this month, and Last 30 Days charts what you published per platform against what you sold.
