Tell us about a bug, an idea or a wish from inside Reseller's Vault with Send feedback: what it sends, and what happens to it.
Open Send feedback from the menu on the left (Account → Send Feedback), from the user menu (your name, top right), or from the link at the bottom of Help & FAQ. You need to be signed in.
Choose what it is about — something broken, an idea or wish, or something else — and write your message (up to 5,000 characters). With it we keep the page you came from (when you open it from the user menu or Help), your browser and, when it is installed, the browser extension's version, so a bug report has what we need to look into it.
Every message is read by a person. If we need more details, we email you at the address you signed in with. You can send up to 20 messages in 24 hours.
Reseller's Vault is in beta until the official release on March 1, 2027, and what beta users tell us decides what comes next. You can also write to support@resellers-vault.com.
